LEAD PASTOR DON & MELODY MILTON
Don Milton is the Lead Pastor here at the Midland Vineyard. Don and Melody, his wife, have been married since 1981. They met while attending Southern Bible College in Houston, Texas. There they received Bachelor's Degrees in Christian Ministry and Education. Don taught and worked for the college the first few years of marriage while attending seminary. Eventually, they moved to Fort Worth, Texas where he could work full-time on his degree at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. While in Fort Worth the Milton's two daughters, Abigail and Gabrielle, were born. Melody also completed her nursing degree. After graduation Don pastored and worked in management for the Winn Dixie Corporation. The Milton 's have been pastoring the Vineyard in Midland since November of 1994. Pastor Don often says, "I love this city, area, and church. I was born to live and minister here." The Milton 's favorite things to do are: worship, biking, gardening and hang out with people.
ASSOCIATE PASTOR DAVE & JODI VERCELLINO
Dave Vercellino is our Associate Pastor & Children’s Pastor. Dave's been married to his wife Jodi since 1985 following their graduation from Central Michigan University (they met in the library, honest!). Dave & Jodi have seven children, Joe (Heather), Dan, Robin (Adam), Andi, Sandy, David and Ben. They became grandparents in 2016. They enjoy offering premarital counseling together. Prior to joining the church in 2002, Dave was employed by Dow Chemical as an IT professional. Dave is a graduate of the Vineyard Institute (VI) and the reigning leader of our Midland County Fair parking brigade. Jodi is our former care coordinator and women’s ministry leader and serves throughout the church. She also has a home care (CNA) business and manages their home rental business.
STAFF & WORSHIP PASTOR MIKE AND TIFFANY LEITER
Mike Leiter is the Staff & Worship pastor at the Vineyard. Mike and his wife Tiffany have been married since 1995 and have three boys: Mason (b. 1998), Geoffrey (b. 2000) and Jonathan (b. 2004). Mike was first called into the ministry in 1994 and served in the Wesleyan Church from 1994 until 2006. Mike served as assistant pastor at Faith Wesleyan Church from 1998-2000 and as senior pastor of Dice Wesleyan Church from 2001-2006. Mike received his ministerial education through the Wesleyan Ministerial Studies program.
Mike joined the Vineyard movement in 2006 as a volunteer at New Life Vineyard serving in worship and small group ministry until joining our staff full-time in March of 2018. Mike is also a student at the Vineyard Institute working toward his Certificate in Advanced Biblical Studies. In his spare time, Mike enjoys studying theology, writing music, and playing video games with his three boys. Tiffany is a registered nurse for Covenant Healthcare in Saginaw and serves on our worship team.
DIRECTOR OF STUDENT MINISTRIES DAN AND STEFANIE DELEEUW
Dan DeLeeuw is our Director of Student Ministries. He and his wife Stefanie were married in the summer of 2013 and have a daughter Grace who was born in 2015. Together, they have served as youth leaders since 2013 and have a real passion for the hearts of our teens. Dan is a graduate of Ferris State University with a Doctorate in Pharmacy. After practicing pharmacy for 8 years, God lead him toward the ministry. He currently serves as the Executive Director of Life Choices Resource Center which is a caring pregnancy center in West Branch. Stefanie graduated from Grand Valley State University with a degree in Advertising/PR and works as a graphic designer, copywriter, and animator at Nexteer Automotive in Saginaw. She is also the resident graphic designer for our church.
MINISTRY COORDINATOR ART & CRYSTAL PRUNIER
Art Prunier is a retiree volunteer who focuses primarily on the areas of Prayer Ministries and of Financial Education. He and his wife Crystal met in Columbus, OH while attending the church that eventually became the Columbus Vineyard. They have been married since 1984.
In the area of prayer, Art coordinates the Prayer and Healing Rooms prayer teams and teaches periodic adult classes such as Praying for Others. In the area of Financial Education, he offers one-on-one financial counseling as well as teaching periodic classes such as Financial Peace University and Retirement Planning from a Christian Perspective. Art has a Ph.D. from The Ohio State University and worked as a researcher at The Dow Chemical Company before retirement.
